Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Be Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund, return, or exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Items purchased on sale or promotion may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened skincare, haircare, or beauty products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method where applicable.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is out of stock, store credit or refund options may be offered.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- Be Beauty is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images for verification.
