At Be Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund, return, or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
  • Items purchased on sale or promotion may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened skincare, haircare, or beauty products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method where applicable.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, store credit or refund options may be offered.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • Be Beauty is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images for verification.
